Odin's Hammer is a green design/build company located in Berkeley, California. We focus on helping you understand how the whole house works as a system. By determining a course of action and identifying green resources, we are able to measure what gets done in time and dollars. Backed by decades of experience in green building – our experts in the field believe they make a difference everyday. They live the changes they want to see happen in our environment.
Who is ohgreen.com? It started out as marketing – a place for Odin's Hammer to talk green. Our initial goal was a website to talk about and show what we are doing as a green builder.
In 2000, we met David Johnston, president of What's Working, during a seminar. David is a leading thinker behind the sustainable building movement, transforming the building industry in the US. Our thoughts and goals for green building were identical and as ideas and conversation developed, the purpose for ohgreen.com changed. Odin's Hammer green building was a combination of finding solutions, meeting client expectations and providing a quality product. ohgreen.com became the consulting and advance research resource for products and building technologies. Educating our clients to healthier environments also meant an ongoing education for management and craftsmen.
